Directions: 

Mix "Paul Mitchell Flash Back 10-Minute Hair Color" shades in a 1:1 ratio of color to peroxide developer. For example, mix 2 oz. of "Flash Black Hair Color" and 2 oz. of Paul Mitchell 10 Volume Cream Developer. Always use immediately after mixing with developer.  You do not have use all 2 oz of color at 1 time.  Many men only need 1 oz per application (1 oz of color + 1 oz of 10 volume cream developer).  If your

You want to make sure you get a 10 volume Cream developer and not a 10 volume Clear developer.  They are simple to tell which variant they are.  Clear is clear in color and cream is white.  The clear developer is very difficult to use -vs- cream.   Unless you do hair color for a living, stay away from all clear developers. 

Paul Mitchell 10 volume cream is recommended for best results, in a pinch any brand 10 volume cream developer will work fine.
